Our Power Rack 1.0 is built for beginner and advanced lifters. Constructed with heavy-duty 2" x 2" steel, you can workout safely and effectively in this rack which is designed to withstand heavy loads (500kg/1100lbs). Multiple adjustment levels are designed for the J-hooks, as well as for the safety spotters. But it doesn't stop there. The Power Rack 1.0 also comes with a high and low pulley attachment (Lat-tower) so you can do a multitude of pulley exercises such as lat pull downs, tricep extensions, bicep curls, rows and more! The pulleys have a 1" and 2" weight attachment that allows you to add up to 150lbs on the lat tower. The rack also comes with two dip attachments and a multi-grip pull-up bar. This rack does not mess around.
