These dumbbells are NOT meant to be thrown around or dropped on the floor. There are mechanical parts that move and adjust within the dumbbell for the incremental changes that will get damaged from dropping the weights. EvoHealth will NOT replace any parts that are deemed as a result of user error. We will work with our manufacturer to replace any parts for you that are considered a manufacturing defect.

On occasion, slight chipping of weight plates may take place during shipping and handling and are outside of EvoHealth Inc's control. This however does not negatively affect the durability of the products. 

All our products go through a strict quality control process to ensure that we are providing you with the right product as per manufacturer's specifications, and also as per what we intend to provide you with. While we work to ensure that product information is correct, manufacturers may occasionally alter their products in some way, shape or form. This product may not be right for you. We offer a 14 day refund policy if you are unsatisfied with your purchase (14 days from receiving your product). Return delivery to Mississauga, Ontario, is your responsibility. All returned items must be in original packaging and in good condition. A restocking fee up to 10% may apply for orders with missing or damaged parts/packaging. All returns will be made on original form of payment. Original receipts must be presented.
