About Me
It's simple. Your health is arguably the single most important thing in your life. At some point in time, you will likely have to work hard to make sure you can continue to stay healthy (whatever that means to you) in a sustainable way. Sometimes, you can find that motivation yourself. And sometimes, you need that extra push. That's where I come in.
So why me? I've been living a fairly active lifestyle for many years. As an engineer gone entrepreneur, I've spent valuable time studying, working, gaming, watching Netflix, and building a business, but one thing I've always believed in while staying busy is working on my own personal health. And if you've ever spoken to me, I've likely tried to motivate you to do the same. While I know my way around a gym, I knew I wanted to formally learn more about the human body so I could guide others towards a healthier lifestyle.
In this fast paced world of long hours sitting at our desk jobs and taking care of our families and homes, the importance of physical exercise is so much more crucial than ever. With my own busy lifestyle and growing family, I understand that if I don't look after myself and my physical/mental well-being, then I sure won't be able to care for those who need me the most.
In terms of sports, I am an avid regional cricket player in Ontario (fast bowler and self proclaimed big 6 hitter!). I have always valued my personal fitness in order to continue being strong, lean, and fit on the field in order to bowl long spells and run in the outfield.
