Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs):

1) What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept credit and debit cards (online and in our pop up store), Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal (online only), and occasionally accept e-transfers. We will be adding more forms of payment soon.

2) Which areas do you deliver to?

​

We deliver Canada and US wide.

​

3) Is shipping free?

​

We offer free shipping on all orders across all provinces in Canada. Shipping prices for the territories are extra and calculated at check out. A flat fee of $10 applies to all US orders. All import fees, customs and duties are the responsibility of the purchaser.

4) Is there a pick-up option?

​

Yes, you can pick up your orders locally in Cambridge, Ontario. Please call or email us to arrange your pick up at our warehouse (40 Bastien Street, Cambridge). Pick up times are by appointment only. Please contact us for more details. 

​

You can also use the coupon code PICKUP10 to receive 10% off all pick up orders. It costs us time and materials to package products for shipping, and these costs are reduced significantly for local pick-up orders. Please note, we will cancel any orders that have used the PICKUP10 coupon code for shipping orders to their addresses.

5) I have placed a preorder for a product. Can I cancel my preorder before it has been shipped?

​

If you have placed a preorder on any back-ordered product, you may cancel your preorder at any time before the product leaves our warehouse and is out for delivery, and also have a 14 day return period after acceptance of delivery.

6) Do you have a return policy?

​

We offer a 14 day refund policy if you are unsatisfied with your purchase (14 days from receiving your product). Return delivery costs (including any customs, duties and shipping charges back to us) to Cambridge, Ontario, are your responsibility as a purchaser. We will provide you with a shipping label which must be paid for by you if you would like to ship back your order to us. All returned items must be in original packaging and in good condition. A restocking fee up to 10% may apply for orders with missing or damaged parts/packaging. All returns will be made on original form of payment. Original receipts must be presented.

7) Can I pay cash?

​

Unfortunately, we do not accept cash.

8) I am not comfortable paying online. This sounds like a scam. Are you legit?

​

Yes we are a legitimate organization, and are Federally Incorporated in Canada. You can search for our name on the Government of Canada's database of federal corporations. We understand that many people have their concerns with paying online due to the large-scale existence of individuals & groups scamming the average consumer, but rest assured that we are not one of them.

9) Do you have a store?

​

While we primarily operate as an e-commerce store, we currently have a small warehouse in Cambridge, Ontario. Please call us and book an appointment to view our products.
